What is salvation?
Salvation is being rescued from sin and death through faith in Jesus Christ—not by good works. You admit you need a Savior, trust that Jesus died for your sins and rose again, and receive new life by the Holy Spirit.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God. — Ephesians 2:8 (KJV)
Why read the Bible?
Scripture is God's primary way of speaking to believers today. It teaches truth, corrects, trains, and equips you for every good work. Even a few verses daily will shape your mind and heart over time.
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. — Psalm 119:105 (KJV)
How do I pray?
Prayer is honest conversation with your heavenly Father. Praise Him, confess sin, thank Him, and bring requests. Jesus taught a simple pattern in the Lord's Prayer—use it as a model, not a magic formula.
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. — Matthew 7:7 (KJV)
Tell someone
Sharing your decision helps anchor your faith and may open doors for others. Tell a trusted believer, a pastor, or a friend who pointed you to Christ.
